Questions
Can I add cattle, buffalo or goats as species?
Yes. Add them to your species list in Masters and pick them when you register an animal.
Does it work in villages with poor network?
Yes. Screens you have opened stay available, and new consultations and prescriptions are saved on the phone and sync later. Payments need internet.
Is GST charged on veterinary services?
Veterinary services for animal health care are generally exempt from GST in India; medicines carry their own rates. Lazzydogo uses whatever rate you set. Confirm with your CA.
