Questions
Is Lazzydogo made for Indian vet clinics?
Yes. Prices are in rupees, invoices carry GST and HSN codes, GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B reports are built in, and your team signs in with mobile number and OTP.
Can only doctors write prescriptions?
Yes. Only staff with the vet role can create an ERX. Receptionists see the queue and billing, not the prescription screen.
Can I use my own medicine names?
Yes. Pick from the list or type any medicine yourself. Lazzydogo learns from what your doctors prescribe most.
