Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 25 October 2026
Please read these Terms carefully. In short: Lazzydogo is software that helps pet businesses run their day. Veterinarians and business owners — not Lazzydogo — are responsible for the care, advice, medicines and bills they give, and every suggestion in the software must be checked by a qualified professional.
1. Who we are and who these terms cover
Lazzydogo (the “Service”) is software owned and operated by Florianza Global Ventures, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India (“Lazzydogo”, “we”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between us and anyone who uses the Service: the business that subscribes (“Subscriber”), the people the Subscriber gives access to (“Staff”), and pet parents who use the parent portal (“Pet Parents”).
By creating an account, signing in, or using the website, web console or phone app, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service for a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for that business. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Lazzydogo is software only — not a veterinary service
Lazzydogo is a record-keeping, scheduling, billing and communication tool. We are not a veterinary clinic, hospital, pharmacy, laboratory, telemedicine provider or medical device, and we do not practise veterinary medicine. We do not employ, supervise, verify, certify or endorse any veterinarian, groomer, boarding operator, pharmacist or other professional who uses the Service.
Every service shown, booked, delivered or billed through Lazzydogo — consultations, treatment, surgery, inpatient care, vaccination, laboratory tests, medicines, grooming and boarding — is provided solely by the Subscriber, who alone is responsible for it.
3. Clinical decisions, drug information and AI tools
All diagnoses, prescriptions, doses, treatment plans, discharge decisions and advice are the sole responsibility of the treating registered veterinarian, who must exercise independent professional judgement and comply with the Indian Veterinary Council Act, 1984, the rules of the relevant State Veterinary Council, the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and all other applicable law.
The following features are aids only. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, out of date or unsuitable for a particular animal:
- the medicine reference list and symptom-based medicine suggestions;
- the dose calculator and drug-safety, interaction and allergy alerts;
- AI-generated suggestions, case notes, voice dictation, visit and discharge summaries, translations and insights;
- prescription templates, practice-pattern suggestions and any other automated output.
They are not a substitute for professional veterinary judgement and must be independently checked before use. Nothing is added to a record or prescription until a user adds it, and the user who adds, edits, signs, prints or shares any content is responsible for it. The absence of an alert does not mean a medicine, dose or combination is safe.
AI features are produced by third-party artificial-intelligence models and can be wrong, even when they sound confident. Do not rely on them for emergencies. Pet Parents should always follow the advice of their own veterinarian and contact a veterinarian or emergency service immediately if their pet is unwell.
4. Subscriber responsibilities
The Subscriber is responsible, at its own cost, for:
- holding and maintaining every licence, registration and permission its business needs (including veterinary registration, drug and pharmacy licences, trade licences and GST registration);
- the accuracy, completeness and lawfulness of everything it and its Staff enter, upload, generate or send through the Service, including prescriptions, invoices, prices, stock and reports;
- obtaining valid consent from Pet Parents and other individuals before collecting their personal data or sending them WhatsApp, SMS or other messages, and honouring opt-outs;
- prescribing and dispensing scheduled drugs only as the law allows, and keeping any registers the law requires;
- deciding which Staff get access, setting their roles, removing access when they leave, and everything done under its accounts;
- keeping its own copies of records it must legally retain, and checking that the Service meets its legal and record-keeping needs.
You must keep your phone and one-time passwords (OTPs) secure and tell us at once at support@lazzydogo.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
5. GST, invoices and reports
Invoices, GST calculations, HSN/SAC codes and reports such as GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B summaries are generated from data entered by the Subscriber and are provided to help with bookkeeping only. They are not tax, legal or accounting advice. The Subscriber must review them with its chartered accountant before filing. We are not responsible for any tax, interest, penalty or loss arising from tax filings or invoices.
6. Subscription fees and payments
- Fees depend on the modules and billing cycle the Subscriber selects and are payable in advance in Indian rupees. GST is added as applicable.
- Modules are switched on once payment is received. If a payment fails or is overdue, we may restrict or suspend access until it is paid.
- Fees already paid are non-refundable, including for partial periods, unused modules or early cancellation, except where the law requires otherwise.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; new prices apply from the next billing cycle. Auto-pay can be switched off at any time before renewal.
- Online payments are processed by Razorpay and other payment partners under their own terms. We do not store card details and are not a bank or payment aggregator.
- Payments made by Pet Parents for clinic, grooming or boarding services are between the Pet Parent and the Subscriber. Refunds, disputes and receipts for those services are the Subscriber's responsibility.
7. Third-party services
The Service relies on and connects to third parties, including cloud hosting, AI model providers, WhatsApp (Meta Platforms), SMS providers, Razorpay, app stores and mapping or analytics tools. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their availability, delivery failures (for example a WhatsApp or SMS message that is delayed or not delivered), charges, suspensions or actions. A Subscriber using its own WhatsApp Business account is responsible for complying with Meta's policies.
8. Availability, offline mode and backups
We work to keep the Service running, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure from every attack, or available at any particular time. We may carry out maintenance, change or remove features, and update the apps.
Offline mode keeps a copy of recently viewed data on your device and queues changes until you are back online. Data on a device can be lost if the device is lost, reset or its storage is cleared, and queued changes may fail to sync or conflict with changes made elsewhere. Always check that important entries have synced, and export the records you need to keep.
9. Your data
The Subscriber owns the business data it puts into the Service. For personal data of its clients, pets and Staff, the Subscriber is the Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and we process that data on its behalf as described in our Privacy Policy. Each Subscriber's data is kept separate from every other Subscriber's.
You give us permission to host, copy, process and transmit your data only as needed to run, secure, support and improve the Service, and to create anonymised, aggregated statistics that do not identify you, your clients or their pets.
10. Acceptable use
You must not:
- break the law, infringe anyone's rights, or upload content you have no right to share;
- send spam or messages to people who have not agreed to receive them;
- try to access another business's data, probe or break the Service's security, or overload it;
- copy, resell, reverse-engineer or build a competing product from the Service, its content or the medicine reference data;
- upload malware, or use the Service to give veterinary advice without a licensed veterinarian.
We may suspend or remove accounts or content that break these rules.
11. Intellectual property
The Service, its software, design, logos, the Lazzydogo name and all content we provide belong to Florianza Global Ventures or its licensors. We grant the Subscriber a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during its paid subscription, for its own business only. Feedback you send us may be used freely without obligation.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service and all its content, suggestions and outputs are provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, or clinical, regulatory or tax suitability.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any injury, illness, death or loss of any animal or person, any misdiagnosis, wrong or missed treatment, wrong dose, adverse drug reaction, surgical or inpatient outcome, or any decision made using the Service or its suggestions.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, business, data or records, even if we were told such loss was possible.
- Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service, in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, is limited to the subscription fees the Subscriber actually paid us in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim. For Pet Parents and users who pay us nothing, it is limited to ₹1,000.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.
14. Indemnity
The Subscriber will defend, indemnify and hold harmless Florianza Global Ventures, its partners, directors, employees and service providers from and against all claims, complaints, regulatory actions, losses, damages, penalties and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: the veterinary, pharmacy, grooming, boarding or other services the Subscriber provides; the data, prescriptions, invoices and messages the Subscriber or its Staff create or send; the Subscriber's breach of these Terms or of any law; or any dispute between the Subscriber and its clients, Staff or Pet Parents.
15. Suspension, cancellation and termination
The Subscriber may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. We may suspend or terminate an account immediately for non-payment, breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or misuse, or where the law requires. After an account ends, the Subscriber may ask for an export of its data within 30 days; after that we may delete it, except where we must keep it by law.
16. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including internet, power or telecom failures, outages of hosting, AI, messaging or payment providers, cyber-attacks, natural disasters, epidemics, strikes or government action.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will first be discussed in good faith for 30 days. If unresolved, it will be settled by arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed by us under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat and venue in Mumbai, in English. Subject to this, the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
18. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new “Last updated” date and, for material changes, tell Subscribers in the app or by message. Continuing to use the Service after the change means you accept it.
19. Contact and grievance officer
Questions or complaints about the Service or these Terms can be sent to the Grievance Officer, Florianza Global Ventures, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, at support@lazzydogo.com. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 days.
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement about the Service.
